Important details for IGNOU BCA/ MCA Project Submission (bcsp-064 project):

This post is dedicated for IGNOU students who are looking for BCA/MCA Project Submission (bcsp-064 Project guidelines).
 Before submitting project report you have to get  project proposal(or synopsis approval) from university, once you got approval then you are eligible to submit project report. 
You can apply twice a year for project proposal(or synopsis approval) approval 1st April to 30th June and 1st October to 31st December.
Know best practice to create a synopsis for IGNOU MCA / BCA  
Once you got approval then you can submit project report :
1st July to 30th September
(For Project Proposal that have been approved during the 1st April to 30th June slot)
and


1st January to 31st March
(For Project Proposal that  have been approved during 1st October to 31st December slot).

Ensure that you include the following while submitting the Project Proposal:

1. Proforma for Approval of Project Proposal duly filled and signed by both the student and the Project Guide with date.

2. Bio-data of the project guide with her/his signature and date.

3. Synopsis of the project proposal (12-15 pages as per documented in project proposal guidline).

4. A self-addressed envelope with duly affixed postage stamps (to send it by ordinary post only) on it.

Note: Now a days you have to tag guide's identity proof with  her/his signature and date just after guide's resume.

After submitting project proposal you have to wait for Project approval, once you got approval than as per your time slot submit the project report.
